In accordance with the attached terms, conditions and specifications, it is the intent of this informal Request for Quotes (RFQ) to receive quotations from qualified companies for janitorial services for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC), University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) Transit Center. Service will be required after hours between (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM), seven days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays with additional emergency work as needed, in accordance with the Scope of Services. The performance period for this contract will be from October 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025, with no renewal options. 9/6/2023 03:00:00 PM (PT) Deadline for Submitting Written Questions/Contract Exceptions Requests for clarification on this Bid are to be submitted in writing and entered into the questions tab in NGEM. If a contract exception is to be considered, the form available on the Attachments Tab must be completed and emailed to the Purchasing POC on the event page.
