Location: Garrison, De la Victoire Street, Building VC72, Room 104, Courcelette (QC) G0A 4Z0 The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $ 1,920,000$ for a period of three (3) years, with the possibility of two (2) additional one-year extensions. (Possible value of $ 3,200,000,00) This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA). When specifically called for through the Electronic Bidding System, the Tenderer shall submit bid security with the tender in the form of an electronic bid bond or wire transfer in an amount that is equal to not less than 10 percent of the tender amount. Federal and provincial sales taxes shall not be included when calculating the amount of any bid security that may be required.
