Site work for a water / sewer project in Webster, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Pursuant to Article 6 of the General Conditions, the successful Bidder, before executing the Contract, shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond (Payment Bond) to the satisfaction of the Authority, both in the sum of the full amount of the Contract, to insure the faithful performance of the Work. Pursuant to N.Y. Public Auth. L. 1108, the Authority may require such other security as it deems necessary, as set forth in the Supplemental Conditions. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's Bid price, and in the form of a Bid bond in a form and from a Surety in a form acceptable to the Authority, to the favor of the Authority, or a certified check made payable to the Monroe County Water Authority. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids
