Reference number : 1757789 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-09-08 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 The contract consists of carrying out winter and summer maintenance work on the following infrastructures: The section of Eastmain 1 powerhouse road between km 38 and km 78.2, Muskeg road between km 0 (i.e. the intersection of route Billy-Diamond at km 395) and km 84, the section of the road to La Sarcelle powerhouse between km 0 and km 46, the section of the road giving access to the Eastmain workcamp (1.8 km), the extra widths created at various locations on each section of road as parking areas for vehicles, the permanent facilities in the Eastmain 1, 1A and La Sarcelle powerhouse sector, as well as the surrounding areas, the paths and parking lots of the Eastmain camp (5.68 km and 18,505 m 2), the access road to the Eastmain communications tower (1 km) and the access road to the Opinaca spillway (2.6 km). The contract season begins on October 1 , 2023 and ends on September 30, 2024. The contract can be renewed for four additional periods.
