Madison College District, 1701 Wright Street, Madison, WI 53704 is requesting bids for the items or services stated in accordance with the specifications and conditions as detailed. Project Description: In general, the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Project site is located at 3101 Straubel Street in Madison, WI. Robin Roberts Field is the baseball field for Madison College and is located south of the main campus and west of Wright Street. The facility will remain operational during construction. The scope of the project includes renovation of approximately 200 sf of interior spaces as well as limited site work broken down into the following scope of work: a. BC 101 Renovate room to include new countertops and utilities for Madison College provided concessions equipment. Additionally, the room will receive new finishes. b. BC 103 Renovate room to include new countertop and finishes. c. Site work includes concrete slab removal and replacement, sealant applied to concrete walk / building joints, under-stair railing, and steel plate installation overing the ends of the existing grandstand precast painting. Minor exterior painting is also required. Bid Bond is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
