The construction and installation of all work associated with the MWRF Disinfection System Modifications. Contractors are required to bid all schedules. Failure to bid all schedules shall make a bid unresponsive. The Work shall be substantially complete within 226 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to: reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in a Bid or in the bidding process, and determine which Bid is, in the City's judgment, the lowest, responsive and responsible Bid. Bidders agree and understand that any documents submitted to the City of Quincy for this proposed project is subject to public disclosure in accordance with the Washington State Public Records Act, RCW 42.56 Questions about the Contract Documents, the Project and the process for Bidding must be directed to the Q1W Program Manager by no later than at 3:00 PM (local time) on September 13, 2023. Questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Responses to questions will be sent to all bidders on about September 20, 2023. Per ADDA 1 The Bid Opening Schedule is changed from 09/27/2023 to October 4, 2023 AT 1:00 PM. Per ADDA 2 The Bid Opening Schedule is not changed from Addendum No. 1. Submittals are due on: October 4, 2023 AT 1:00 PM.
