Tuesday, September 5, 2023 Question Deadline - 12:00 PM CST All questions, requests for information or clarification pertaining to this bid must be submitted in writing to Jason Breit at jason.breit@lps53.org The District reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any quote/proposal/bid, to waive technicalities, and to accept the offer that the District considers to be the most advantageous The purpose of this ITB is to establish an agreement for purchase and construction of a Road Salt Storage Building, as described herein, located at the District Facilities Center within the Liberty Public School District. Liberty Public School District is bidding this scope of work as a "turn key" project and will be awarded a contract to a single contractor to complete every aspect of constructing the storage building. A Bid Bond and/or Performance Bond is NOT required to be submitted on this project.
