Remodeling of a data center facility in North Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a data center facility.

The Project includes the following Work per proposal: Furnish & Install 2 ADA Accessible exterior doors, replace windows, interior doors, flooring, a new ADA accessible restroom, minor carpentry & cabinetry, painting and relocate electrical and computer terminal locations. Bids are requested for the following Contract: North Bend Visitor's Information Center Remodel Anticipated substantial completion is by April 15, 2024. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of North Bend, Public Works Dept. 835 California Ave, 97459. Bidders must prequalify with the Owner as specified in the Instructions to Bidders, five (5) days prior to Bid opening. All Bidders must be "equal opportunity employers" and comply with the appropriate provisions of state and federal law, and registered with the Oregon Construction Contractor's Board. The Contractor and all subcontractors on the project shall pay at least the state prevailing rate of wage as determined under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
