SF24 Bid Form The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to replace existing nominal 50 ton air cooled chiller and add a second nominal 50 ton air cooled chiller the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Wilmington International Airport (ILM) in Wilmington, NC. The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated time is 120 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated value of this construction project is $350,000.00 and $475,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award. Installation of a new manual transfer switch. 7.) Installation of a new electrical disconnect switch. 8.) The relocation of an existing disconnect switch. 9.)
