SF24 Bid Form The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to replace existing nominal 50 ton air cooled chiller and add a second nominal 50 ton air cooled chiller the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Wilmington International Airport (ILM) in Wilmington, NC. The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated time is 120 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated value of this construction project is $350,000.00 and $475,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR. This project is funded by the Bilateral Infrastructure Law (BIL). See attached Uniform Bilateral Infrastructure Law Report located in the attachments and BIL 3.18-1 in the SIR document for instructions for the additional reporting requirements associated with BIL funded projects. All projects submitted must have been underway or completed within the last 3 years and the projects must be valued at over $300,000.00. Examples of projects provided must be relevant to the work to be performed if awarded a contract for this requirement. Project Requirements: Provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to replace an existing nominal 50 ton air cooled chiller and add a second nominal 50 ton air cooled chiller. Work shall be as noted, but not limited to, the identified below. C. of Work: 1.) Participation in a risk mitigation process with personnel. 2.) Reconfiguration of concrete sidewalk. 3.) Expansion of an existing concrete pad to facilitate an additional chiller. 4.) Reconfiguration of existing electrical circuitry. 5.) The addition new electrical circuitry. 6.) Installation of a new manual transfer switch. 7.) Installation of a new electrical disconnect switch. 8.) The relocation of an existing disconnect switch. 9.) Removal and legal disposal of an existing 50 ton air cooled chiller. 10.)The installation of two (2) new nominal 50 ton air cooled chillers. 11.)The installation of new chilled water piping and appurtenances. 12.)The replacement of two (2) existing chilled water pumps. 13.)The extension of the existing ChW piping heat trace system. 14.)The installation of an underground grounding counterpoise. 15.) restoration. 16.)Provision of a 10 year extended warranty - complete unit warranty, parts and labor.
