The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to: Base: RP2300145 Replace the steam boilers the Forensic Toxicology, Drug Testing Laboratory (FTDTL) Bldg. 2490, Option 1: RP2300174 Replace the Electric Steam Boilers in Building 2480. Option 2: RP2300041 Replace Failed Flooring in the Radiology Department in Bldg. 2480 Option 3: RP2300023 Replace Failed AHU-22 Serving the Radiology Area in Bldg. 2480 Option 4: RP2200076 Renovate Mechanical Room B01 in Bldg. 2480 by replacing all deteriorated domestic and heating hot water piping inside mechanical room B01 from the point of entry into the mechanical room (B01), including pipe insulation, and replacing the hot water pumps, control valves, and control wiring. Work must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws, to include preparation of a design as discussed below. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with the signed and sealed design documents developed by the contractor who is awarded this project and applicable provisions of Technical Criteria paragraph below. To ensure complete system functionality and seamless controls integration, the Contractor shall use Siemens to perform all HVAC controls work for the Base and all Options.
