Construction of a new 2,100 Square Foot West Feliciana Parish Utilities building. The existing structure shall be demolished (by others) prior to Notice to Proceed being issued. Pursuant to L.R.S. 38:2212.E.(1) Bidders, have the option to submit bids and bid bonds electronically. Electronic bids for this project may be submitted Bids, amendments to bids, or request for withdrawal of quotations, received after time specified for bid opening shall not be considered for any cause whatsoever. Bids shall be firm for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of bids and no bid shall be withdrawn for any reason during this period of time except as allowed per R.S. 38:2214.C. As security a Certified Check or Cashiers Check, payable to West Feliciana Parish or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, shall be submitted with each bid.
