The following summary is a general guide to the of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Modifications to the existing sanitary waste and domestic water systems within the existing plumbing chases. 2. Installation of a new water management system to control the water usage for each individual plumbing fixture within the cells. 3. Installation of a new book pass in the existing cell doors. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor, the work for at least two (2) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since September 1, 2018 for construction of plumbing systems modifications.
