Saving Project...

Site work for a road / highway in Mesquite, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

This is a turn-key project. Contractor will provide all materials, equipment and traffic control needed for the project. Due to the nature of work, Building Permit is not required. Contractor will need to prepare, submit and get approval on Traffic Control Plans. Contractor is responsible for the clean-up and disposal of all construction debris including excess materials, fabric, spoils, trash, etc. Upon completion, the project will need to be signed off on by a City of Mesquite representative. Contractor is required to have insurance to work in TxDOT ROW. The CITY will use a Construction Contract to authorize this work. All questions must be submitted via email by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 1,2023 to Ryan Williams, Manager of Purchasing at purchasing@cityofmesquite.com prior to BID closing date. The City of Mesquite, Texas invites mailed, or hand delivered bids from all qualified vendors desiring to bid on the Military-Scyene Highway Quadrants at IH635 Landscape Improvement Project If you have questions regarding the preparation of your bid, you may contact: purchasing@cityofmesquite.com.
