The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the removal of the existing pavement, sidewalks, curb ramps and replacement of Portland Cement Concrete pavement of varying widths with a minimum thickness of seven inches for large areas and nine inches for small areas, together with integral curb and gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, subgrade preparation, construct detectable warning panel, adjust manhole to grade, and necessary appurtenances for a completed improvement. The improvements to be bid upon as outlined within these specifications and as detailed on the plans (HIGHLANDS RIDGE 2023 Street Reconstruction plans dated 08/15/2023 consisting of pages 1-02 inclusive) are being installed for Sarpy County Sanitary and Improvement District 295 located in the vicinity of South 213th Street & Schram Road within HIGHLANDS RIDGE.
