UMBA is seeking Tile Trade Bids from prequalified subcontractors for the Computer Science Laboratories at UMass Amherst. Scope includes 94,300 GSF mass timber / steel building with classrooms, offices, conference rooms, café, auditorium, and commons. This Request for Tile Bids (RFB) is the second phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL c.149A. UMBA, through its Prequalification Committee, has prequalified firms that submitted the required Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). All subcontractors must be prequalified for this project, and receive notice from the owners project manager, Colliers Project Leaders that they have met the requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Only prequalified firms will be permitted to submit proposals for the category of work in which they were prequalified.
