As of March 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be board on April 3, 2023. The Project consists of the construction of: Approximately 14,000 linear feet of 12-inch diameter C900 DR-18 PVC Water Main Distribution Piping Approximately 31,000 linear feet of 16-inch diameter C900 DR-18 PVC Force Main Piping A new 2.37 MGD (firm capacity) wastewater pump station A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner will reject the Bid of any Bidder that Owner finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
