Bid Specifications are listed below. Minimum bid specifications: Please see attachment. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bids shall be sealed when received and must have the bid number indicated on the envelope. 2. Bids must be received prior to the bid opening date and time. Late bids will not be considered. 3. Approximate bid award date to be September 22, 2023. 4.Detailed technical description of all items must be included for bids to be considered. 5. No prices shall include state sales taxes. 6. The college reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any portion thereof. 7. Bid submissions should include any shipping, freight, and delivery charges. The State of Alabama requires a disclosure statement to be on file for goods or services provided in the amount of $5,000 or more. A disclosure statement is included and must be completed, notarized, and returned with bid. The State of Alabama requires an Affidavit of Immigration Law Compliance to be completed by a contractor/vendor to ACCS Institutions. Forms and instructions are attached and must be completed, notarized, and returned with bid. If you are unable to furnish an item specified and desire to offer a compatible substitute, give a full description of the item. No errors will be corrected after bids are opened. Tax exemption certificates can be furnished upon request. Any attachment hereto is made and becomes part of this bid and must be signed by the bidder.
