Quotes will be evaluated and the award will go to the firm whose price quote isthe lowestresponsible and responsive quote conforming in all material respects to the requirements set forth in the specifications. 7. The Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District No. 35 is subject to the purchasing rules and regulations adopted by the Arizona State Board ofEducation. 8. The Specifications or Scope ofwork for this quote includesrequirements and details. Additional information may be added to the quote as deemed necessary by the quoter. Services/products/costs not to be provided can be listed for clarification. 9. A formal contract can be entered into, upon decision ofschool district. Said contract shall bind quoter on his part to furnish and deliver at the rate quoted, for the time period indicated, and in accordance with all conditions of this quote. 10. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all quotes. The quote will not necessarily be awarded on price alone. Acceptance will be made taking into consideration the reliability of the quoter, past performance, their conformity with specifications, the purpose for which required and terms of delivery. The School District shall, in the exercise ofits discretion, be the sole judge in determining the quality ofthe quoterservices. 11. The School Districtreserves the right to terminate any resulting orders or contract upon thirty (30) days written notice. 12. Scope of Work for Fiber Termination: For providing the connection interface for our primary network fiber cabling already installed. The fiber optic connection will be installed to connect core switches located in the IDF's from the current press box to the new press box. Current fiber runs are in conduit between buildings. Total run length is approximately 3000*. Connection is set as SC type connector and the vendor will terminate 8 strands on both sides ofthe currentfiber cable run. Contractor is encouraged to com on-site for walk through measurements. All associated labeling, testing, or terminating should be included in the quote. Contractor shall be responsible for supplying fiber optic mounting and fastening hardware throughout the distribution, and the installation offiber can take place during normal (8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M. Monday - Friday), or after- hours. Final connectivity switchover should take place after normal hours. Conduits, Tubes, TDUs, fiber panels, and cables shall be labeled as per location cabling standard. All suppliers much include a detailed warranty on the quote
