Painting the interior of the building in the areas marked in the attached documents. Repair walls as needed to provide a smooth surface for new paint. To include the moving and resetting of furniture and hanging items in all rooms when schedule does not allow for painting to immediately follow flooring. Phasing & sequencing will be required to be determined upon award of the bid to accommodate the ongoing use of the facility during the school year, as well as the replacement of the flooring in the building that will be coinciding with this project. Due to ongoing use of the daily activities in the building and nowhere to relocate childcare classrooms during school hours. Classrooms 101-116 to be painted when school is not in session. This includes school breaks, nights and weekends The time estimated and authorized by the OWNER for the proper execution of the Work by the Contract, in full, is hereby fixed as forty-five (45) calendar days to final completion.
