Saving Project...

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Huntersville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Renovations will include: Patrol Room Area Renovation - Demo existing desks, sink, island, mailboxes and flooring. - Reduce column size and repair drop ceiling around column - Remove all flooring in immediate area of the patrol room area and in the room behind the mailboxes - Remove cabinets in back room - Cap off existing plumbing/electrical lines under concrete as needed - Install new sink cabinet and install new sink and fixture - Move electrical lines and network lines to current mailbox location for chargers - Install new commercial grade LVT and base molding - Install base cabinets and wall cabinets along right side wall in back room for storage - Paint any wall surfaces that were affected - Install 8 workstations with chairs in main patrol room area - Install 2 cubicles in back room with chairs - Remove wall between offices behind patrol area to make one office - Install new flooring to match patrol area in new combined office - Paint areas affected as needed Large Office Flooring Replacement - Remove existing flooring - Install commercial grade LVT flooring - Install base trim as needed.
