Frackville Snow Removal. Small Business certificate must be uploaded with bid. Offeror must complete the cost matrix for this procurement in its entirety and attach (upload) with the bid submission. Attached to this IFB is a Proof of Visit Form which must be signed by the Station Commander or representative and the Vendor. The Contact Name and phone number for the Station site visit is at the top of the form. This form must be attached (uploaded) with the bid submission. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS emarketplace website to view any change notices to this IFB. The change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid. Questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 11, 2023.
