Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Richmond, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade municipal facility.

Works Yard replacement. TIMELINE: Request for Prequalification to procure architectural and professional engineering services has closed; four (4) firms have short-listed / prequalified. The short-listed / prequalified firms have been invited to participate in a Request for Proposals, currently closing January 11, 2024. Stage II tender to the prequalified Construction Managers is currently closing January 11, 2024; details are followed on a separate project. Start of site preparation and site civil works is targeted March 2025. Complete design is targeted November 2025. Start of construction is targeted February 2026 with completion June 2027. Further update Q1 2024. *The City's anticipated construction budget for Phase 1 is estimated at an order of magnitude of $50,000,000 and is inclusive of pre-construction services for the site preparation and first phase of the project.
