No definite date for the rebid.** The word "work" within these Contract Documents shall include all material, labor, tools, and all appliances, machinery, transportation, and appurtenances necessary to perform and complete the Contract, and such additional items not specifically indicated or described which can be reasonably inferred as belonging to the item described or indicated and as required by good practice to provide a complete and satisfactory system or structure. As used herein, "provide" shall be understood to mean "provide complete inplace", that is, "furnish and install". A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder at the time of bid opening if total bid is equal to or greater than $50,000. Include names and Public Works License number on Sub-Contractor List as part of bid. Before work shall be started and materials ordered, the Contractor shall meet and consult with the Owner and/or Engineer relative to materials, equipment, and all arrangements for prosecuting the work. A brief description of the work is stated in the ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS. To determine the full scope of the project or any particular part of the project, coordinate the applicable information in the several parts of these Contract Documents.
