Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Masonry repairs to building corner at rear court yard at Northwest wing (B wing). Vertical crack runs from foundation to parapet. See project scope document. Pedestrian protection along with Scaffolding to be part of project at rear entrance/ walkway & work location. PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS: One Hundred Percent (100%) of contracted amount as stated on the Notice of Intent to Award Contractor has access to the site beginning October 2023 and shall continue through April 2024. Question Deadline 09/14/2023 at 12:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted in writing to the District Bid Contact Person , Valiant Sommers, vsommers@horrycountyschools.net. Additions, repairs, upgrading or renovating an existing District structure or the erecting of new structures and facilities. It includes the total scope of activities to be performed as provided in the Contract Documents whether performed by one or more contractors, subcontractors, the District, or any combination thereof. The scope of activities includes all labor, materials, and equipment to be provided by the Contractor to fulfill the obligations of the Contract Documents.
