THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT IS BEING USED TO ONLY DETERMINE THE CAPABILITY OF PROVIDING SUCH SERVICES. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME AND THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This RFI/SS is being used solely to determine business interest and capability for small businesses in the SBA's 8(a) mentor-protege program. A Statement of Capability (SOC) is being requested in this RFI. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary to include the submission of a statement of interest and capability, if desired. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Procurement is planned for late calendar year 2023. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36.3 applies to this RFI/SS. At this time, the NAICS code is determined to be 237110 "Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction" with a standard size established as $45.0M. This RFI/SS is issued as a means to conduct market research to identify interested 8(a) construction firms who are licensed, registered, and certified to provide a complete and useable rehabilitated facility at the work in Livermore, CA. Currently, the estimated construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 (FAR 36.204). PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR FURTHER DETAIL AND A DRAFT SOW.
