Harney ESD is soliciting proposals from offerors for the removal of the current flooring (carpeting, laminate, vinyl) in the Harney ESD building, and installation of new flooring and baseboard trim. Qualification statements and proposals for consideration must be licensed and bonded. All equipment, materials, labor, warranties, and insurance are the responsibility of the contractor. State of Oregon Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon shall be utilized for all labor involved in this contract, including Wage Rates and Certification of payroll as required by the Bureau of Labor and Industries, in the event that the cost of the project exceeds $50,000.
