Site work and paving for a civil project in Inkerman, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

BIDS are invited upon the following items of work as follows: Maintenance & Protection of Traffic, Adjustment of Manholes/Catch Basins, Base Repair, Cartway and Profile Milling, Scratch, Leveling and Wearing Courses, Swale and Storm Sewer Replacement and associated restoration work . BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Performance, Payment & One (1) Year Maintenance Bonds of 100% are required by the successful bidder. BIDS may be held by the TOWNSHIP OF JENKINS for a period not to exceed NINETY (90) days from the date of the Opening of the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids, prior to awarding the Contract. In this period of time, no Bidder may withdraw his Bid. Non-discrimination/sexual harassment in employment-bidders on their work will be required to comply with the NONDISCRIMINATION/SEXUAL HARASSMENT CLAUSE included in the contract documents shall not because of gender, race, creed, or color, discriminate against any citizen of this Commonwealth who is qualified and available to perform the work to which the employment relates. Prevailing Wage Rate Determination from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry shall be used in this project.
