Additionally, to be eligible for an award of the referenced work, the low responsive bidder must be able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the SCA during the bid evaluation period that it has successfully completed work on a similar project in terms of cost, scope and complexity. The SCA reserves the right to limit the number of "Project Specific" awards made to a Bidder. This Project is not subject to the Project Labor Agreement (PLA). However, if the Contract Award Amount is greater than Three Million ($3,000,000) Dollars, the Contractor has to have completed and submitted with its bid the Apprenticeship Questionnaire attached hereto as Appendix J and has established and/or participated in an appropriate apprenticeship training program approved by the New York State Department of Labor and, where required by law, the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship Training. A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form.
