Upcoming: 1. Development Site: The multi-use site for the Hotel project is in the parcel formerly operated as the West Economy Parking lot. It is adjacent to the SkyTrain station next to the west end of the Domestic Terminal. The Hotel will be located directly across from the Aviation Administration Complex, a 200,000+ SF facility housing the ATL Airport offices. This office will open Q4 2026. 2. Hotel Type: We are seeking a 4-star facility with the associated amenities and services. - Services / Offerings should include a Conference Center, Restaurants, Pool, Spa, Valet Services, etc. 3. Parking Options + Accessibility: The site is north of the South Deck Parking facility (7,600 spaces). The developer can negotiate dedicated/assigned spaces with the Commercial business unit. - Independent Parking / Facility Offering: The developer will be responsible for building a parking facility within the dedicated footprint should an independent parking facility/lot be desired. 4. Walkability + Connectivity: The site will have a direct walk path to the west end of the Domestic Terminal. Should there be a desire for a bridge or covered walk path, the developer will be responsible for construction and associated costs for that function. City will advertise via a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) followed by a Request For Proposal (RFP) to seek and award a developer for this project.
