In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, selective clearing, excavation, grading, tile and SUDAS inlet structure installations, , and seeding. This project includes around 1,000 cubic yards of earthwork, 1,412 linear feet of RCP tile installation, 3 SUDAS structures, 2,000 linear feet of silt fence, and 2.6 acres of seeding. Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided and shall include a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%). Bidders must also be registered with the Iowa Division of Labor. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
