The overview below is a general description of the scope of the project but in no means conclusive. The City of Grant is seeking proposals for the update of its SCADA system (Water Tower, 3 Water Wells, and 2 Sewer Lift Stations) with new control panels and software. The new system should communicate via UHF data radios. A touch screen interface at each location should allow the operator to view the status and easily make adjustments a necessary. The system should be able to be updated to add new sites, such as lift stations or wells if necessary in the future. The master control panel will be located within city office, and should include text, email, and voice alarm notifications. The available operating data should be recorded by the master control panel and displayed on its screen. The recorded data from the system operations should be stored in a file format that can be accessed/ viewed at a later date.
