Renovation of a municipal facility in Cambridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER/ARCHITECT in writing. Question Deadline 09/16/2023 This project consists of replacing two existing standby power systems. The first system will be an 80kW diesel generator serving two separate buildings. Demolition for this portion includes an indoor diesel generator set, associated fuel and exhaust piping, outdoor fuel storage tank and concrete pad, and (2) manual transfer switches. Installation will include (1) outdoor 80kW diesel generator set, (2) automatic transfer switches, and wiring/conduit as needed. The second system will be a 60kW diesel generator set serving one building. Demolition for this portion includes an indoor diesel generator set, associated fuel and exhaust piping, manual transfer switch, and existing electrical panel. Installation will include (1) outdoor 60kW diesel generator set, (1) automatic transfer switch, (1) 240V, 200A, panelboard, and associated wiring/conduit.
