**As of October 16, 2023 project was awarded to Moss ($789,841.78.) - Clocks, PA, AV, Cabling and Parkway ($304,273.40) -- Building Access Systems. Work starts ASAP. Hudsonville Public Schools (Owner) is seeking bids for purchase and installation of new classroom multimedia, public address, clock, and video monitoring, bus video monitoring and associated equipment and installation. Question and Clarification Deadline: August 29th at 5:00 PM Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, must accompany each base bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bid security shall be either a Bid Bond issued by a company licensed in the State of Michigan to furnish bid security or Certified Check made payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
