The awarded vendor will provide all the materials needed for this job. The removal of the lights will be after the holidays are over and a mutually agreed upon date by the Maintenance Supervisor, Richard Teague, and the awarded bidder. A site tour of the proposed site will be made available after the pre-bid conference. Vendors are not required to attend the pre-proposal conference, however, each vendor is required to attend a site visit before the bid is submitted.
