Renovation of a fire / police facility in Deland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Project Consists of the Renovation of the Existing Restrooms Into An Ada Compliant Restroom With Shower. The Work Includes but is Not Limited to Demolition of Walls, Floors, Ceilings, Plumbing Fixtures, Plumbing Piping, Ductwork, Floor Drains, Switches, Receptacles, Wiring, Conduit, and Ventilation Fans. New Work Includes Soil Treatment, Concrete Work, Wall Framing, New Gypsum Board Ceilings, New Wall and Floor Tile, New Plumbing Fixtures and Piping, New Vanity, New Toilet and Shower Accessories, and Painting. Question Submission Deadline: September 28, 2023, 11:59pm ALL Questions must be submitted through OpenGov.com - this is a site visit only and no questions will be answered. A Bid bond shall accompany each Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid amount and shall be valid for a period not less than one hundred twenty (120) days. The County reserves the right to reject the Bid proposal of a Bidder who has previously failed to perform properly or to complete contracts of a similar nature on time. The County does not bind itself to accept the minimum Bid stated herein, but reserves the right to accept any Bid, the County deems to be the lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder, and which in the judgment of the County will best serve the needs and interests of the County.
