Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 15, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Project scope shall include the excavation of approximately 49,767 CY of earthen material to be placed, graded and compacted on-site; installation of approximately 215 LF of 48 RCP storm sewer and 874 LF of 4x3 7x5 RCB storm sewer and approximately 35 acres of heavy clearing and grubbing. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashiers Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to two percent (2%) of the total bid amount. Performance Bond and a Payment Bond on the forms furnished with the Contract Documents, each in the amount of one hundred percent(100%) of the total Contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding.
