Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Bay-Westfield, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

* Award subject to final approval. The Work includes the supply of labour, transport, materials, services, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the Work. Also included is all work of a general nature such as co-ordination, obtaining permits and approvals, clean-up, property protection and testing. In general without limiting the scope of the Work, the Contract consists of approximately 95 square meters of roadway widening, the supply and installation of approximately 200 lineal metres of concrete curb and gutter, 10 square meters of sidewalk replacement, 10 lineal metres of PVC storm sewer, precast concrete structures (750mm & 1050mm Diameter), 95 tonnes of hand placed asphalt concrete, and site restoration. Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). This project is cost shared by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure of the Province of New Brunswick under the Designated Highway Program and the Town of Grand Bay - Westfield.
