The City of Baytown plans to construct a new 2623 SF 1-story Pre-Engineered Metal Building for Traffic Control Offices and Sign Printing located at 2123 Market St., Baytown, TX 77520. BID FORM LINE ITEM 2: PEMB The shell building bidders architectural scope of work consists of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) system, all exterior wall and roof assemblies and exterior finish materials. All exterior wall and roof finishes (concrete masonry units at walls, prefinished metal R-panel wall panels, and pre-finished standing seam metal roofing system) will be included in shell bidder's scope.
