The City of Durham is seeking a general contractor for Old Fire Station 9 Metal Roof Recoating project. The Underutilized Business Enterprise participation goals are 11% MUBE and WUBE 0%. Club Blvd. The facility is approximately 3,200 square feet. Work shall include the following: o Removal of loose flaking rust, dust, debris, leaves etc.. o Secure all gaped panels. o Repair all flashing and roof penetrations, if necessary. o Installation of a roofing system to the entire metal roof surface as noted in the elastomeric roof coating specification. o Use two coats of elastomeric roof coating. o Wash the metal roof surface using a low pressure wash to remove any flaking rust.
