CR Number: 2101471 The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a five (5) year contract to procure Snow Removal Service for the Bronx Psychiatric Center located at 1500 Waters Place Bronx, NY 10461. Appropriately licensed Contractor will provide routine seasonal snow removal services to all buildings listed above to result in a high quality, neat and clean appearance as the final product. The square footage of the area is 755,600. Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, materials and chemicals necessary to carry out the specified and snow removal services. Contractor must ensure all equipment and manpower are capability to perform routine seasonal snow removal services. Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. Only the designated, sole point of contact should be contacted during the restricted period of communication. The restricted period begins with the publication of the ad in the New York State Contract Reporter and will end with the approval by the New York State Office of the State Comptroller of this contractual agreement. Questions and answers will be accumulated by NYS Office of Mental Health and sent to all potential bidders by Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Electronic bids will not be opened by the Issuing Officer until after the Proposal Submission due date and time.
