Site work and paving for a road / highway in Goodrich, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of November 21, 2023, project was awarded to Allied Construction, awarded amount is $477,303.25. HMA cold milling, full depth HMA removal and replacement, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, drainage structure reconstruction, and HMA resurfacing to be completed in 2023. The project length is approximately 3,264 feet. Documents downloaded from our website will bear a watermark on the Proposal and Legal Status of Bidder pages and will be considered unofficial copies for bidding purposes. The Bidder is responsible for obtaining official Procurement Documents from Wade Trim; copies obtained from anywhere other than Wade Trim will be considered unofficial copies and will not be considered a responsible bid. The Village of Goodrich reserves the right to accept any, or reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Should any prospective BIDDER find discrepancies in, or omissions from the Plans, Specifications or other parts of the Contract Documents, he may submit a written request to the ENGINEER for an interpretation thereof. The person submitting the request will be held responsible for its prompt delivery at least seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered. Any interpretation of inquiry will be made by Addendum duly issued to all prospective BIDDERs. A bid bond is not required for this project The Contractor shall have until MAY 31, 2024, to meet the specifications associated with Turf Establishment, Performance.
