The City of Bakersfield is soliciting bids from qualified contractors having a proven record of experience for the Brundage Lane Navigation Center Roof Restoration as described herein. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the City with a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond issued by a California admitted surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The right is reserved by the City of Bakersfield to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities not affected by law in any bids received, to evaluate in its absolute discretion, the bids submitted and to award the contract according to the proposal which best serves the interests of the City.
