Reference Number 0000329243 Question Acceptance Deadline 09/18/2023 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No The City of Loveland Water and Power Department (City) is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) Contract for the design assistance and construction of a new 43rd Street 3.5 million gallon (MG) Ground Water Storage Tank Project which includes the construction of an AWWA D115 concrete water storage tank, piping, valves, concrete meter/control building, electrical, mechanical, controls, blasting, site work, and all associated appurtenances to provide a complete and operational storage tank system. The total estimated value of construction for the 3.5 MG water tank, meter/valve vault, site piping, and sitework is currently estimated at approximately $7 million. The CMaR will be required to provide periodic cost updates and input throughout the design process. The City reserves the right to competitively bid any portion of the Work contemplated under the master services agreement in the event a final GMP cannot be negotiated and qualified through third-party estimating.
