The Saint Louis Zoo is seeking bids from qualified vendors to maintain, repair and fabricate complete hydraulic systems located at the Zoo on a non-exclusive basis as the preferred vendor to the Saint Louis Zoo, as required for a term of two (2) years. All pricing for the core items is to remain firm for the two (2) years of the contract with an option to extend an additional two (2) years if mutually agreed upon by both parties. Scope of work could be for mobile or stationary equipment. The vendor must have the ability to mobilize and arrive on site within four (4) hours. For any work in the Elephant Management Facility, the technician(s) will need to have a current TB test. The Zoo does not administer this and is not responsible for the expense. Results take approximately 72 hours. All questions must be received by September 13, 2023 for issuing of addendums. All emailed questions and answers will be shared with all responders. The source of the questions will remain anonymous. To ensure ease of submission, consider uploading well ahead of the deadline time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Any submitted proposal shall remain valid and subject to acceptance for ninety (90) days after the proposal due date.
