Saving Project...

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Statesville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Statesville is seeking proposals to remove 4 HVAC units and install 4 new units in their place. We are specifically needing Trane units because our current system is a Trane energy management system. We need the new HVAC units to be compatible with our current energy management software system. Remove Unit #1. Furnish and install a new Trane HVAC 6 ton RTU with gas package. Remove Unit #4. Furnish and install a new Trane HVAC 15 ton RTU with gas package. Remove Unit #5. Furnish and install a new Trane HVAC 3 ton RTU with gas package unit. Remove Unit #8. Furnish and install a new Trane HVAC 7.5 ton RTU with gas package unit. Startup with BACNET energy management system. Provide crane. Provide proof of Insurance. Provide all permits needed. Provide 1 year parts and labor warranty. Provide 5 year compressor warranty. Any roof damage to be repaired by contractor. Any rooftop curb/adapter changes to be made by contractor. A scope of work to be provided by contractor. Time limit to install shall be no more than 10 days. All work to be performed during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contractors must be properly licensed per Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
