PROJECT COST ESTIMATE: The following range is a cost estimate for the Project for bonding purposes: $2,800,000.00 (two million, eight hundred thousand dollars) to $3,000,000.00 (three million dollars). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Description: Employment Building Select Systems Upgrades (re-solicitation) The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for exterior and interior improvement work to be performed at the Employment Building. These improvements will include, but not be limited to, the following: updating site utilities; performing limited concrete work; installing new floor coverings, countertops, doors, and hardware; installing new wall and ceiling framing and finishes; and updating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The following is a list of any engineers and consultants used on this Project. This list is for informational purposes only. Bidders are prohibited from contacting these engineers and consultants during the solicitation process, unless otherwise authorized in this ITB.
