Project to perform an asbestos abatement in building 9387, rooms 101, 102, 103, 104 and 106. Abatement consist of approximately 1900 sq/ft of flooring and cove base material that may consist of or be a combination of carpet vinyl, tile, floor adhesive, or other material, and approximately 48 sq/ft of ceiling surfacing material. All work shall be In Accordance With(IAW) Statement of Work, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK. The subject project of Construction in accordance with FAR 36.204(b) is between $25,000 and $100,000. Project : Building 9387 Main Entrance, JBER, AK. A pre-proposal will be held on Thursday, 7 September 2023, at 10:00 AM Alaska Time (AKT). Parties will meet in Building 9387, Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER). All costs associated with attending the shall be borne by the offerors. Prospective offerors are urged to attend the . If a contractor is unable to attend, there will be no future visits scheduled.
