This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Waste Disposal Service for the Department of Corrections (DOC), Louisiana State Penitentiary (LSP), Rodeo Grounds located at 17544 Tunica Trace - Hwy 66, Angola, LA 70712. The contract shall be effective for a period of delivery beginning with the date of award and ending June 30, 2024. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed thirty-six (36) months.
