Renovation of an educational facility in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Madison Creek Elementary Gutter Replacement. Bid responses will be opened at that time, taken under advisement and evaluated. All proposals are subject to the Board of Educations conditions and specifications which are available from Chris Harrison, Purchasing Supervisor (615) 451-6560. All bids can be viewed on line at website. o Remove and dispose of existing metal gutters according to State and Local guidelines. o Install new commercial grade 6" tall x 8" wide standing seam gutters. o Estimated total feet: 1,450 linear feet. o The Contractor must conduct their own field measurements to determine actual linear feet. o Expansion joints installed every 30'. o Galvalume or Galvanized metal o Color: Match Existing o Seams/Joints to be installed using Sealed Blind Rivet to prevent water penetration. o Seal joints and connectors. o Reinstall existing downspouts to new gutters with flange outlet. o Gutter shall be oriented so that they do not hold water. o Remove all construction debris from the job site upon completion. o Warranty: 1 year for material defects and workmanship.
