This project involves the removal of the Leavittsburg Dam and associated work on the Mahoning River, within Canoe City MetroPark which is located in Warren Township. The selected Design/Build Team shall perform the tasks described in the RFQ Summary Documents available as described below. The RFQ Summary Documents include project related studies including instructions on how to submit a Design/Build Team Statement of Qualifications for this specific project. There is no charge for this information. Each Design / Build Team shall submit a total of six printed copies of the SOQ, as well as one electronic version of the SOQ Proposal on flash drive that contains all submitted documents in PDF format in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside of the envelope Statement of Qualifications for the Trumbull County MetroParks Leavittsburg Dam Removal Project, and addressed to: Mr. Zachary Svette Executive Director Trumbull County MetroParks 3983 N River Road NE Warren, Ohio 44484 Each Proposer assumes full responsibility for timely delivery of its Proposal at the required location. Any Proposal received after the submittal deadline will be deemed non-responsive and returned. The delivered packaging containing the Proposal documents must note Qualification Statement Enclosed Trumbull County MetroParks Leavittsburg Dam Removal Project on its face along with the name of the proposer
